EyeSee4U (“the Platform”) connects users with independent individuals (“Eye Agents”) who provide real-time visual verification and environmental feedback.

By using this Platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Platform
EyeSee4U is a connection platform only.

The Platform:

• Connects users with Eye Agents

• Enables live viewing and condition checks

• Provides informational listings

The Platform does NOT:

• Sell or rent properties

• Act as an agent or broker

• Handle payments between parties

• Guarantee accuracy or availability

3. User Responsibility
Users rely on information at their own risk and must independently verify all details.

4. Eye Agents
Eye Agents are independent and not employees of EyeSee4U.

They:

• Provide visual and descriptive information

• Must act honestly and lawfully

5. Permissions
Eye Agents must obtain permission before entering or filming any location.

6. Limitation of Liability
EyeSee4U is not liable for:

• Inaccurate information

• Actions of third parties

• Any loss or damage

7. Payments
All transactions occur outside the platform.

8. Privacy
Users must comply with applicable privacy laws.

9. Changes
Terms may be updated at any time.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
