1. Introduction

EyeSee4U (“the Platform”) provides access to real-time human visual verification, live viewing, and environmental condition feedback services through independent local individuals (“Eye Agents”).

By using this Platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Platform

EyeSee4U is a connection and facilitation platform only.

The Platform:

  • Connects users (“Viewers”) with Eye Agents

  • Enables live viewing, broadcast, and EyeFeel4U condition checks

  • Provides informational listings (e.g. accommodation, venues)

The Platform does NOT:

  • Sell or rent properties

  • Act as an estate agent or broker

  • Handle payments between users and third parties

  • Guarantee accuracy, availability, or suitability of any location

3. Viewer Responsibilities

A Viewer:

  • Uses the Platform at their own discretion and risk

  • Must independently verify all information

  • Accepts that all information is indicative only

4. Eye Agent Role

Eye Agents are independent individuals, not employees or representatives of EyeSee4U.

Eye Agents:

  • Provide visual access and human feedback only

  • Must act honestly and in good faith

  • Must comply with all laws and location rules

5. Permission Requirement

Eye Agents must obtain clear permission before:

  • Entering a property

  • Filming or live streaming

If permission is denied or withdrawn:
All activity must stop immediately.

6. EyeFeel4U (Environmental Feedback)

EyeFeel4U provides subjective, human-based environmental feedback.

This may include:

  • Perceived temperature

  • Wind conditions

  • Comfort level

  • Suitability for activities

This information:

  • Is not scientific measurement

  • May be supplemented by third-party data

  • Must be treated as general guidance only

7. Live Viewing and Broadcast

The Platform may enable:

  • One-on-one live viewing

  • Multi-user live broadcast sessions

Users acknowledge:

  • Broadcasts may include multiple participants

  • Timing and quality are not guaranteed

  • The Platform does not control external environments

8. Step-Aside Rule

Once a Viewer is introduced to a third party (e.g. property owner, venue, seller):

  • The Eye Agent must disengage

  • The Platform does not participate in negotiations or transactions

9. Payments and Transactions

  • All payments occur outside the Platform

  • EyeSee4U does not process or manage payments

  • Users assume full responsibility for financial decisions

10. Limitation of Liability

EyeSee4U is not liable for:

  • Inaccurate or misleading information

  • Property or venue conditions

  • Actions of Eye Agents or third parties

  • Loss, damage, or disputes

All services are provided “as is” without warranties

11. User Conduct

Users may not:

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Use the Platform unlawfully

  • Record or distribute content without permission

  • Harass or misuse other users or Eye Agents

12. Privacy and Recording

  • Live sessions may involve video transmission

  • Recording requires explicit consent

  • Users must comply with applicable privacy laws

13. Service Availability

EyeSee4U does not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability

  • Immediate response times

  • Successful completion of any request

14. Changes to Terms

EyeSee4U may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
